Where do I get my wep key from?

trying to set up wifi and it asks for a wep key.

So as Backnblack says, you need to get the network key from the owner of the network.

Does that mean verizon? just picked up the phone yesterday and am trying to learn as much as possible about it.

Are you connecting to your own wireless network at home?
Your computer needs a WEP key too if your network is secure.
If you are connecting to another network you will need the key to connect to that network.
