Weird Stuff

hey guys well my droid has been acting weird for no reason when ever i my phone shuts off from lack of battery or if i reset it, when it finishes booting it i go to the desktop their are no shortcuts nor wigets on my screen and i dont know why it is doing this.... does anyone else get this???? and is their a solution to fix it or is it a virus???
