Weird Low Battery Notification Sound

Who else gets a double beep sound PLUS a weird sound when their battery hits 15% battery life remaining? I come from the Droid 1, and I'm used to the double beep. But I'm getting really annoyed with the weird sound that plays on top of the beep.
