Weird Email problem

When I get e-mails from my work server I will hit reply normally like any other time and compose my message. What I've been finding is that it will attach the message that I'm replying to in an unreadable gibberish format. I've searched google, and here and haven't had any luck finding anything similar.

Any ideas?
