Weird cannot find files on the INC?

How do I search the internal memory? I have Astro and Estrongs file Explorer and I cannot seem to surf around the internal memory of the INC? I can see the SD card and look around but not internal.

I took a video and want to find the file [not through the gallery] through Astro I would like to locate it but i cannot.

what am i doing wrong and how can i fix?

I had trouble finding various media as well. Seems like it's all stored in a top-level folder called emmc. Pictures and videos are in the sub-folder DCIM. Use the "Up" button at the top of the Astro window to get to the top level and you should see it.
