Weather Bug Elite

I upgraded to Weather Bug Elite, specifically for the animated radar option. I can't figure out how to animate the radar though....anyone know how? Thanks.

You have to choose Radar for your overlay on the map. Then, just press the play button. It's the last button to the right below on the map. At first, I didn't know how to get the animated radar map either, but then I figured it out.
