Warning...Services Commander Android.

When I download certain apps from the play store I get this tagging along. Then I get a warning from Google not to download it. Has anyone else seen it? I tried to upload a couple of screenshots of it but the site won't let me.

Found a little bit of info about it over at XDA but not much. From what I read it doesn't look good. DON'T INSTALL IT!!!
