want to format sd card, what formats can my milestone see?

I want to use my milestone as a usb drive as well but right now its formatted for fat32 so theres a 4gb file size limit, can I format the sd card anything else, or does it have to be fat32?

I dont want to have to zip all my files into multiple portions just to be able to put them on my phone for transfer.
