Wallpaper picture issue

All day my custom wallpaper picture has been reverting to the I-beam with rivets picture for no apparent reason. I keep setting the wallpaper picture back to the one I wanted, but it keeps changing back! Anyone else having this problem?

i am having something similar happening. starting just a few wks ago i noticed my phone defaulted to the stock steel beams and rivets pic when i turn the screen back on. once unlocked, though, my normal wallpaper appears. this has been intermittent for the past few wks. isn't all the time but i thought it to be odd. wonder what's going on?

Update: I found a pattern; it only happens when Wi-Fi is turned on.
