Wallpaper changing on its own

My daughter has a Verizon Galaxy S4 and it has started changing the wallpaper on its own. I've searched and can't find any solution. She doesn't have any active wallpapers. Could it be an app that's doing it? Or could she have gotten some malware installed? Anyone know how to fix this?
