Wallpaper changes with local weather conditions

Is there a live wallpaper that changes with the time of day and the weather outside

Closest thing I know of is to use the Grass LWP in combination with Beautiful Widgets.

The grass wallpaper will change with the time of day, and then Beautiful widget will give you the weather, they blend in very well, for a similar effect of what you are looking for.
