VZW still has D1 recertified replacements???

Well my Droid's power button just stopped working and since I have the $1.99 extended warranty plan they will be sending me a replacement, but to my surprise it will still be a D1... I was under the impression that they no longer were sending those out??.... Actually I suspected that they might but was curious to see what they'd send if they didn't...

Its one of the most popular phones they ever sold. There are still Curve 8330's too.
