Volume flicker in videos

I bought my D-Turbo last week and I noticed today the volume DOES flicker when pressed during ALL videos. I have another week to see if I wanna keep it or go for a different phone. I like the phone well enough, but this is to early for it to begin being buggy. If anyone else is having this issue please let us know if you have resolved it. Thanks.
