Voice prompt not disabling

Hi I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. For some reason when I select a screen, I have a voice prompt telling me what screen I'm on. E.g. It will say you have selected the home screen. I checked driving mode is off. Can anyone assist with other settings to check?

Look in the Settings app, it should be called Talk Back & its under Accessibility.

Hi. Thanks for the tip. It wasn't talkback. I checked and it was disabled.

Found three solution. I uninstalled whatsapp smileys and it stopped.
