videos not playing

Im sure this has been brought up before but I have a droid2 and whenever I go to play videos online it says this video is not for valid streaming to this device. I never had this problem with my last droid can someone help me out?

Hello, are you rooted or stock? and you do have flash player on your phone right?

Like B&B asked any particular sites these videos are on? And do you know the format of these videos? Mp4, Jpeg, etc....
