video not playing online?

For some reason when I try to watch mobile videos online, they play but I cant see anything but I can hear it playing. it doesnt happen every time but its doin it more often now. also when I go to my gallery, the folder that sais flix wont play either on that one the videos dont even show up.
I even got a new video player from the market and it still does the same thing. any suggestions?

By the way Im running S.S 4.9 OC 1.0ghz
