Video messaging

Hey, everytime I try and send a video message it says that the file has reached max limit and can't be sent meanwhile the video is only 5 secs long I don't understand, help would be appreciateed, thank you

P.s- if u have any info on why my alarm/stopwatch won't work I would appreciate that to, thanks again
