including video on my messages

I have received video messages from friends but when I try to share a video in a message, I get the following:

message size limit reached. Sorry, you cannot add this video to your message.

Why can't I send a video when I can get them from other people?

Its weird that you can't forward a video you got from some one else ... but it seems like the video is to large ... I downloaded Android SendIT from the market (I searched for email video and it was the 2nd one) ... It lets you send any sized video to anyone's email address

Its worked every time for me
