We have all been there, Infinite bootlooping, stuck at the M logo, or just plain bricked! These are the times when we want to pull our hair out and say things that we wouldn't normally say! Unless of course you know how to easily restore your phone to factory settings and unbrick said device. Check out the video above. You may as well bookmark it "Just in case". You never know when you may need it.

I had to do this because my unrooted D4 got the update OTA and it was jacked from the beginning. The lock screen wouldn't show, of the four option that are supposed to appear when you hold down the power button only two showed. After flashing this everything on my D4 works great. It's now rooted and fully flashed to Cricket :biggrin:

Also good to have info on this type of fix even though Motorola and Verizon frown on consumers doing it themselves. If you even mention fastboot in the Motorola forum they close the thread.

Only complaint about the D4 is the non-removable battery. What a profoundly asinine idea. opped out:
