Video Cam ISSUES PLEASE HELP!!

Hey guys. I just got this phone 3 days ago. It takes pictures just fine. Video is horrible. When it is done recording and when you want to playing the video it looks like a tv that lost its signal. Like a lot of snow flakes or just complete static. Any ideas?

hit the menu burton with
the the video camera open and switch the video quality to 720p hd...its on the lowest setting by default to start out...hope this works for you.
