Video app question

I know this has been asked before but is there a camera or video app that video can be recorded small enough to send as mms

This is what you do ... go into a text message. Click the paper clip and then capture video ;-)

Yeah but if your sending from email to a phone that doesn't work tried that too lol I still can't find a video or camera app to get the video small enough
