Vibrate and silent

Is there anyway to have a silent and vibrate option on 1.1.7 on the volume control????

I think it goes off your settings of when vibrate is active. You can change it to vibrate when silent in the settings, or turn vibrate on from the notification panel, that way if you set it to silent, it will still vibrate.
I know that's not exactly what you asked, but it works wonders for me so I thought I'd share. Hope it helps!
