idk if the stock one has it but i use better keyboard and you can enable vibrate on keypress

go into settings>keyboard and choose the one youre using to see if its there

on the stock droid stock keyboard, you can do menu>settings>language and keyboard>android keyboard settings>check "Vibrate on keypress".
