Lighting problem?

Whenever I am typing something with the physical keyboard, sometimes the lights randomly just turn off (which can get really annoying when im typing in the dark) Has anyone else experienced this? and is there a fix?
Also I have auto-brightness off and screen timeout at 2 mins if that makes any difference

How old are your phones? This shouldn't happen while you're touching the screen. That's the easiest way to keep the screen on while browsing the web and etc.

I'd contact support or take it to a store and show them what's happening...

My fault. Same principal applies though. If you're inputting something with the screen OR the physical keyboard, there's no reason the screen should be shutting off.

There's apparently a one-year warranty on workmanship. Check into it. That's not something I would "just deal with"
