Very small white dots inside of my screen

I've just noticed that there are many small dots behind my droid x screen. Is this a sign of something bad, or is it normal?

It looked like small specs under the screen near the top. Should be easily noticable if brightness is high.

Ohh that's what mine looks like it has really small specs. I noticed it when the sun was shining on it.
