Very slow & Restarts on its own

Just recently my RAZR MAXX started to be ungodly slow to the point of freezing up. It has also been Restarting its self. In fact, it restarted just before I wrote this. HELP!!!

Just recently my RAZR MAXX started to be ungodly slow to the point of freezing up. It has also been Restarting its self. In fact, it restarted just before I wrote this. HELP!!!

Have you checked your settings for available RAM? Could be its so clogged up its just struggling. A cache clear could help also. If all else fails I'd do a hard reset or FDR( factory data reset) is same thing. Also check for any recent installs of any apps that could be slowing stuff down. Sometimes a clean fresh wipe works wonders. That'd be the FDR.
