With the topic of the update, I wouldn't expect a new OS update for the fascinate this year. If you want to get the best out of your phone, do what thousands have done already, including me, and learn how to "safely" take control of it

This year? Try next month. Straight from the horses mouth. I think with all the other galaxy s variants recently receiving updates(not to mention a simultaneous release of os and source for the mesmerize just yesterday, which is the same hardware mind you) its safe to take samsung's word on this one.

I live 3 hours north of indy and ya my download and upload sucks. Its been that way for awhile for me. My verizon store told me it wad my area. I live about 15-20 min away from 2 diff stores and they claim they have no problems tho. So idk. I'm just living with it.
