After having numerous problems, alot of what you guys are discussing in this forum. I went to a local Verizon Store in Montgomery, AL on my way home yesterday and between him a Tech support over the phone, they swapped out me a new phone. This thing rocks. I was so frustrated for over a week with this and that and more. Seems this phone is pretty solid.dancedroid
