Verizon Vortex question

Hi - I am new to your forum and have had my phone for awhile. I was wondering if anyone knew why the phone is constantly saying Verizon Wireless - or how to turn it off on the phone.

I appreciate any feedback I can get, it's been very frustrating. Help !!

Welcome to the forum. I'm not familiar with ur device but is it constantly flashing it? Or when it reboot? Can u elaborate a little more?
