I synched my droid with pc using media manager and now my phone has all the pictures and videos that were on my pc. How can I reverse

I am attempting to download a movie I purchased using FiOS FlexView on my DroidX but it's telling me there is not enough space to download it. How do I go about seeing what I can uninstall/remove from my phone to free up space? I have a 2GB SD card showing only 742MB of available space.
