Verizon LG Ally...need help!

I'm new to the whole cell phone thing in the first place. So this new phone I just got is really confusing to me. If someone could just point me in the right direction on this I'd sure appreciate it. I'm trying to see if it's at all possible to retrieve temporary internet files from my phone. I know it can be done a computer and I thought maybe because you can get online on this phone you could the same thing on the phone. I'm trying to retrieve a website I was on the other day and for the life of me can't remember the name of it and can't seem to accidentally stumble upon it again. Someone please help me. If it's possible if you could just tell me how to go about it that would be great. If not I'm screwed lol.
