Verizon & Google Voice

I am having problems with Google Voice. It seems as though anyone other than Verizon customers can leave me a Google Voice message. When a Verizon customer calls it says that the call cannot be completed and disconnects. I am Verizon and rooted with GummyJar (which I love). I have bootstrap backup of both before and after GummyJar and have reloaded the ROM. Same problem. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have Google Voice set as my vm service, my verizon number is the registered number, and I have not deactiviated my verizon visual vm.
