[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]We still do not have a fully unlocked bootloader on the Verizon Galaxy S4. This has not been much of an issue since we are able to flash a recovery that has been patched up with the LOKI hack which essentially bypasses the locked down bootloader. There have mostly been no custom kernels that have been flashable through custom recovery. Developer "Ktoonsez" has released a recovery flashable kernel. His kernel is packed with features. You do get both overclocking and underclocking, Ktweaker app, ktweaker widget, schedulers, [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]governors[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] and more. Some users have been reporting incredible battery life after flashing this kernel. One person even said that he is unable to go under 85% battery after flashing the kernel.
