To hide them from the APP drawer you can create a new group with only the APPS you want to see.
To disable them (you shouldn't delete), you can long press on the APP from the APP drawer. Once you do that you will see a pop up at the top of the screen for "More Options", drag that APP there.
From there click "APP Info", and you will see a screen with a button to "Disable" it.
+1 on what Sydman said. Also, someone may tell you to root and then you can no kidding delete all that "bloatware". I strongly recommend that you do not do that. Assuming that you want to continue to receive the OTA upgrades/updates from Motorola and Verizon, then you have to have that "bloatware" on your phone for the upgrade/update to successfully install. You can root and freeze whatever you want...just do not delete anything. If you have root and freeze apps you will have to unfreeze them, unroot, and then take the OTA update. There is an exception...some of the bloatware you have on your phone can be deleted/uninstalled. If you go to manage apps, select and app and if it gives you the option to "uninstall", and a few of the bloatware do give you that option, then you can uninstall with no negative impact on your ability to receive the OTA updates.
