using phone with hdmi cable

I have a Droid x2 phone, so far it has been great. I use it in my car listening to music plugged into my car radio, when i get a phone call, i just hit the awnser button and talk using the car radio speakers to listen thru.. totally great...... Now for my Question,,,, when i have it plugged into my dock in the house, charger and hdmi both plugged in, and listening to music thru the tv, ill get a phone call and the sound goes thru the speaker phone instead of the tv, is there a setting that i am missing to allow me to leave my phone plugged into the hdmi, and talk with the phone in the cradle and listen to the person thru my tv or surround sound system????, thanks for the help on this.....
