Flash works in Firefox on my phone. I just tried to watch a video at Amazon and couldn't get it to work. Try yours on some other websites that use flash, I think the issue is amazon.

I installed Firefox because the link said it would work, specifically with Amazon. I'm going to contact Amazon; they have great customer service (especially compared to Google).

Thank you!

Did you check to see that plugins was enabled in Firefox's settings?

Also did you install the most recent Flash that ends in .68?

I did enable plug ins. Flash is 11.1, which I got from the link. Still no Amazon play back. I'm going to email Amazon now.

Thanks

You would need to uninstall your current version of Dolphin as it does not support Flash.

Well, I receive an answer from Amazon. Instant video is not available on Android. The blog writer was incorrect. Thank you all for your help.

I use Amazon video on my Nexus 7 all the time.

-Install Firefox.
-Download Flash Player 11 from your regular browser on your phone.
-Go to Settings>Developer settings>Turn on unknown sources.
-Launch the apk for Flash Player that you downloaded.
-Launch Firefox.
-Go to Amazon.
-Request desktop site.
-Go to instant videos.

And, this is exactly why I'm on Droid Forums! I just watched the trailer for "Taken." Tomorrow, the movie! Thank you!

I used to be able to watch amazon instant video on my phone but they recently closed the loophole.
You can still watch trailers but the entire video no longer works.

Then I guess I'll be renting Google movies. I'd rather give my money to Amazon.

Thank you!

I know this is a little off topic but I noticed you all talking about versions of flash. Has anyone found a version of flash that works with Hulu on your Android device (not Hulu+ but the regular "free" Hulu site)?

I can't find any way to get it working anymore since the last OS update.
