Using Droid as a computer mic

Is there an app that can turn the Droid into a mic for the computer via the micro-usb?

If not, would one be hard to create/would someone be willing to make it?

There isn't any app to do this. It's hard to do because it's need to write drivers for OS you going to transfer audio to.
