Earbuds with a mic

I just recently moved from a Moto D1 to a Moto DX and decided to purchase a pair of earbuds with a mic. I purchased a set of Sennheiser MM50 iP Earbuds with a mic and discovered that the mic doesn't work on the DX. Can someone recommend a good pair of earbuds with a mic for under $100.00? I would appreciate it!

I have a set that came packaged with a BB Bold, and they work fine.

Are the ones you purchased made for the iphone/ipod? I have seen posts that would indicate that anything made for the iproducts will not work with the mic.

I use the Skullcandy ones I purchased at the Verizon store. So far they are awesome.

Verizon also sells some by Bose. Not sure if they're good or not.
