Using a speed dial entry as the phone number in People (ICS)

I have a speed dial to my office number set up in the Phone app. I want to set up a People (Contacts) entry for each extension on our office phone system. Rather than type in the same phone number over and over (ie. 999-999-9999), is there a way to insert the speed dial number then just add the extension number in People? For example:

Jim Jones
999-999-9999,,102

Jayne Jones
999-999-9999,,103

vs.

Jim Jones
+5,,102

Jayne Jones
+5,,103

("+5" is just my example of inserting the phone number associated with speed dial #5)
