used Incredible

So I bought a used incredible on ebay and went to activate it. Verizon says the phone is still in service so they won't activate it. Is there any way around this or am I screwed? Anybody else ever have this problem?

If verizon wont activate it....your stuck dude. I would file a complaint with the seller.

contact the original owner and let them know it's still activated.

if they refuse to respond, file a complaint to ebay
