USB Charger - overcharge protection?

I need to buy a few extra USB power sources for use around the house with my DroidX. I was curious however if these USB power sources switch to trickle pretty reliably? USB AC Power Supply Wall Adapter MP3 Charger US Plug

All modern chargers have both a thermal and voltage-based protection failsafe. It'll kill the charge if either exceeds set values unless the charger itself says otherwise.
