Sorry you didn't get an answer Scotty, but with US Cellular being one of the smaller carriers, you'd probably have better luck via a Google search or contacting US Cellular directly. Good luck!

LG confirmed plans to bring it to four major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon though it’s not clear if the nation’s fifth largest carrier, U.S. Cellular, will offer the device. U.S. Cellular did not release the LG G2 so there is a very good chance that it took a pass on the follow up.
Just an update, US Cellular is due to receive a LG G3 the model number does seem to closely identify similarly with the Sprint's LS990. Once, US Cellular announces the official code name for the device we will be able to find out exactly everything there is to know. Keep an eye on this thread for further details.
