Uploading sound file to Droid via email

Hi! I have a sound file received via email that I would LOVE to set as my ringtone... it's of a hermit crab chirping. lol Anyway, I thought I could forward the email to myself and open the attachment on the Droid and save the file. I don't see an option for that. Any suggestions?
