Upgrading a Canadian i337m to mk6

Hi

I am an s4 Canadian user i337m. I am on mg1 samsung stock but rooted and have cwm recovery.

I Dont know how to upgrade to mk6 without losing my current setup. Is there an update file I can flash using Odin or cwm without breaking my phone? I can wait for a root for mk6 if necessary. I Dont want to lose my cwm.
