yarr, i need to up my grade. Man, freaken love my DX, rooted, rommed, themed and smoooooth. Its' that 4g that i want though. i use bluetooth tethering a lot with my tf101 and have a need for speed. ill be test driving the nex and maxx.
This is my first 4G phone...Honestly, I am a little underwhelmed. 4G is not as big a jump as I thought it would be. The main thing I like about it is that I can do voice and data at the same time now.

The main things I noticed the most were Dual core/RAM (these phones will redefine "fast" for you) and the display. All of the big three have awesome displays.

Data isn't always as fast as it shows on speedtest. I depends on how a webpage is encoded. A lot of sites load fast on 3g anyways because they are encoded for mobile. What I notice on 4g is that HD Video seems to streams a lot better than on 3g.

I do notice that 4G is faster. Its just not the night and day difference I was expecting.

"Big three"???

There are only TWO with 4.5" screens. ;)

Actually, there is only one. The other two are not 4.5".

(and only one of them is truly HD)

The nexus has a 4.65" display and the LG has a 4.5" display. They are the "big" two. The LG does have a true HD display. Not sure about the nexus.

4.65" is not 4.5". I was being a smartass.

Technically, the GN is only HD on the Green Channel. Thats what I have been told by various tech nerds. It has to do with how the Pentile display works.

OK for the record:
The Razr and RazrMaxx have a 4.3" Super Amoled qHD display, 960x540 pixels.
The Rezound has a 4.3" S-LCD 720p HD display, 1200x720 pixels.
The LG Spectrum has a 4.5" IPS 720p HD display, 1200x720 pixels.
The Nexus has a 4.65" Amoled 720p HD display, 1200x720 pixels.

I don't think the Rezound has an IPS display...I think it's just SUPER LCD.
