Updating apps after restoring using titannium backup

So I have installed titanium backup to restore all my apps and data after flashing new roms and when I go to update the apps in the market not all of my apps are there. I get the notification to update the apps but sometimes I have to find them in the market. Is this a problem with the market or that I added them with TiBu? I have never ran into this problem on my OG droid. I have had the problem with both Liberty Rom and Maverick. Running maverick now.

I know there is a thread in the Tech Support section all about apps not showing up in the "My Apps" section so there is a good possibility that the issue is with the market and not the ROMs per se.

If that is not the issue then you could always try running Market Doctor in TIBU. I believe it requires the paid version which I am assuming you have.
