Some crafty folks over at XDA Developers have coded an FM Radio app for the Droid Bionic. Many folks found it odd that the phone didn't already come with one, and some developers wanted to rectify it. This is the same FM Radio app that works on the Droid 3 and several other Motorola phones. Here's a brief quote of instructions and a download link below:
Note: I find it’s easiest to download the file to the device and then click on it from the notification bar to enable the installation. Also, don’t forget to allow non-market apps in your settings.
Download: FM Radio .apk for Droid Bionic
Download2: Secondary Download Link in case first doesn't work

Testing on my d1... the app runs and even told me to plug in.. but.radio seems to just load forever, guess d1's are a no go...

Trick I learned from my boys inc2's radio was taking an old plug cut the wire leaving 2" or so, then in settings switch to phone speaker. Not sure if this app has that setting or not.

posted tomorrow using the space time continuum app on my D1...

It uses the wire as an antenna, so using a "stubby" one to "trick" it may affect your reception.

Not that it really matters, but this is actually just the same FM Radio apk pulled from the DX/D2. Nothing was coded for the Bionic.
