There Is no where that I can confirm that froyo will be released next week..galaxyssupport just repeats over and over that it will come as soon as possible.

If you want your GPS to finally work, you'd better.

That update didn't fix my GPS I loaded up navigation and left it on my desk and it took over 10 min for it to lock a signal.

I doubt it. Gross incompetence in both, Verizon and Samsung. I can't wait to see how Apple and Verizon ruin the iPhone. I hate to be a pessimist but I've been dealing with this kind of crap since I got my first BB Storm. I knew not to trust Samsung and certainly knew Verizon can't be counted on. I guess it's time to root. Too bad a stock phone can't do what it should do without hacking.
