Update Issue(s) any help appreciated

Biggest problem is that my aftermarket "Verizon" brand charger no longer works, along with any other AC USB chargers I have. Only the Motorola charger that came with it, a generic car charger or hooked to my laptop. The latter two options are very slow (3-4 hrs it seems from 30%). Verizon charger has no response, another USB wall charger will get 1-2 seconds of charging every minute or so, seems phone is rejecting power source.

Battery seems worse now. It's hitting 20-30% twice a day now with sync/gps/etc off most of day.

Any ideas?
