Update Friendcaster contact pictures

Hello i have the friendcaster app and the facebook contacts synced to my phone, but how do i get the recent facebook pictures on my contacts? i have my friends old facebook pictures on my contacts. How can i get their recent facebook pictures on my contact list?dancedroid
